How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship out all orders same day (Monday through Saturday) if ordered before 3pm.
When will my package arrive?
Your package will arrive 5-7 days after you order it if you are in the lower 48 states, otherwise it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. When the order ships an email is sent with the tracking number with the email address you have on file. Please track your order using your tracking number before reaching out to us.
Do you make custom items?
Yes, we can customize any of our products. There will be an additional cost for this service. If you are interested you can email us at info@lancasterlasersupply.net.
How do I pick up my order?
You can place your order online and select pick up at warehouse. You may pick up in a day, 3 days, a month. No need to rush to pick up. You can pick up whenever its convienent for you anytime 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. You may have someone else pick up your order. You do not need to pick it up yourself.
Are your products safe to laser engrave?
Yes, all of our products are laser safe.
Can I use your photos for my business?
Yes, you can use any of our photos for your business.
Where can I submit my tax exemption certification?
You can submit your tax exemption certification by emailing it to us at info@lancasterlasersupply.net. Please allow 3 days for us to add it to your account before placing an order. We will not refund tax if you place an order before your tax exemption certification has been added to your account.
Where can I get jigs for your products?
Alive Pixel sells jigs for our products. If you see a product he doesn't have a jig for please reach out to him and he will make it!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $350 will automatically get free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Just enter your address and international shipping prices will appear.
Can I visit in-person to look before buying?
Yes definitly! We do not have a retail location, but we do have a warehouse that you are more than welcome to visit. We stock all of our products in Lancaster, PA. If you would like to visit, we are open from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday (and some Saturdays). Give us a call before coming on a Saturday to confirm what time we will be here.
We also offer pickup for online purchases if you are going to be in the area.
