Returns Policy
All laser blanks and custom engraved items are non-returnable. When you receive your products, please review them to ensure nothing is damaged. If you have an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products so we can discuss how to resolve the issue. If we ship you an incorrect product, please send us an email with the order number and picture of what you receieved and we will pay the return shipping costs and send you a return label. We can either refund the product tht was shipped incorrectly or send out a replacement, please advise which you would want in your email.
Shipping
We typically ship same day on all orders if recieved before 2PM EST, but some shipping will be within 1 business day of your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products such as knives, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orderes are shipped FOB Origin.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Lost/Delayed Package Policy

Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as they do not guarantee ground delivery dates.

Lost Packages: If your order is missing, email info@lancasterlasersupply.net with your order number.

Replacements: A replacement will be sent once the courier officially confirms the package is lost via a shipping claim.
Cancelled Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Lancaster Laser Supply as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
If the payment has not yet settled, we may be able to void the transaction. If the payment has already settled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
A payment processing fee may be deducted from refunds for cancelled orders. This fee covers payment processing costs that Lancaster Laser Supply incurs on the original transaction.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our return policy.
Because orders are processed quickly, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that we will be able to stop the order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
