Returns Policy
All laser blanks and custom engraved items are non-returnable. When you receive your products, please review them to ensure nothing is damaged. If you have an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products so we can discuss how to resolve the issue. If we ship you an incorrect product, please send us an email with the order number and picture of what you receieved and we will pay the return shipping costs and send you a return label. We can either refund the product tht was shipped incorrectly or send out a replacement, please advise which you would want in your email.
Shipping
We typically ship same day on all orders if recieved before 2PM EST, but some shipping will be within 1 business day of your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products such as knives, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All orderes are shipped FOB Origin.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Once we ship products, we no longer have any control over packages. If I package is lost or damaged, we have to follow the shipping partners rules to apply for refunds.
