These are no foam laser-ready leatherette sheets.
No foam means there is no thick backing to this leatherette sheet. It is a thin piece of leatherette ideal for hats or other clothing.

Foam
These are foam laser-ready leatherette sheets.
Foam means there is a thick backing to this leatherette sheet. It is a thick piece of leatherette ideal for hats or other clothing.
Dimensions: 12in x 24in x 1.5mm thick.
Foam with Adhesive
These are foam laser-ready leatherette sheets with adhesive.
There is adhesive already applied to the back of the foam. This will need to be heat pressed to stick properly.

Dimensions: 12in x 24in x 1.5mm thick.
Recommended Starting Settings for Adhering:
• Temperature: 320°F
• Time: 15 to 17 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to firm
• Bottom platen: 270°F
If your press allows separate temperature control.
For Hats:
1. Preheat the hat for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles.
2. Position the leatherette patch.
3. Press at 320°F for 15 seconds with medium/firm pressure.
4. Open the press and allow the patch to cool.
5. Check the edges visually (do not pull). If they aren't fully bonded, repress for 5–10 seconds.
